My Boss is a Patriot" Award is Presented to Mr. Anthony Latta.

Director of the Army Reserve and Army National Guard Awards Program, Mr. Jordon, visited Invictus (from the Pentagon) along with Army Reserve members, Major Wagner and Staff Sergeant Edward Thomas, from HQ, 6th BDE, Ft. Belvoir, Virginia, on that afternoon of March 3, 2000 they presented Mr. Anthony Latta with the My Boss is a Patriot Award.

This is the second award of this type Mr. Latta has received in recent months, the last being the Certificate of Appreciation by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) in November. Mr. Latta is an Army veteran, himself. He is proud to support the military efforts from the private sector through his employees in the Reserve and National Guard programs. As Mr. Jordon explained, half the Army manpower comes from the Army Reserve and Army National Guard. Many of Invictus employees are retired military personnel, and several are currently active in the Army Reserve and Army National Guard.
